Pumpkin Dip (Easy And Good!) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 c. confectioners sugar sifted
  • 16 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 can pumpkin pie filling mix (30 ounce.)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese, beating till well blended.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
  3. Serve with purchased gingersnaps.
  4. A hollowed-out miniature pumpkin and antique canning jars are just two of the many types of containers you can use for presenting the dip. Add in a bag of gingersnaps, and you've got a gift which anyone will be thankful for!
  5. Yield: about 7 c. of dip.
