  • 6 boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 6 boiled potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly plain non-fat yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in casserole. Top with 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
