Ingredients
- 1 x portobello mushroom - (abt 3 ounce) stem removed,
- Â Â wiped clean with a damp paper towel
- Â Â Garlic oil spray
- 1 Tbsp. low-carb tomato sauce
- Â Â (such as Rao's or possibly Pommi's)
- 2 Tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray both sides with garlic oil and place on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 30 min, or possibly till fork tender, turning once halfway through cooking time. Increase heat to broil.
- Top concave side of mushroom with tomato sauce and cheese. Place under broiler for 1 minute or possibly till cheese melts and bubbles.
