Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a 3 1/2- to 4-qt slow cooker. In small bowl, combine fennel seed, oregano, paprika, garlic pwdr, salt and pepper, mix well. Rub into pork roast. Place pork on potatoes. Pour broth over pork roast and potatoes. Cover, cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. To serve, remove pork roast from slow cooker. Cut roast into slices, serve with potatoes.
