Ingredients
- 8 ounce. medium egg noodles
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1 pound pork, cut into strips
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Cook noodles according to directions, drain, rinse, drain again. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet. Cook pork till well brown stirring often. Add in celery and onion. Cook about 2 min add in chicken broth. Combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger and soy sauce; stir into pork mix. Cook and stir till mix thickens and boils one minute. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet; add in cooked noodles. Cook over medium heat, lifting with spatula till lightly browned. Turn noodles into serving dish. Pour mix over noodles.
