Ingredients
- Steaks or possibly chops, as many as desired
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Brown in 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 pkg. onion soup in 2 c. water
Directions
- Line bottom of skillet or possibly baking dish with steaks or possibly chops. Cover with rice. Put another layer of steaks or possibly chops. Pour onion soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered and 1/2 hour, uncovered.
