Ingredients

  • 12 ounces uncooked linguine
  • 1 pork tenderloin-cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter-divided
  • 8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms-sliced
  • 3 green onions-thinly sliced (whites and greens)
  • 2 garlic cloves-minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 tablespoons thyme-minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese-shredded
