Ingredients
- 800 gm Belly pork with skin
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 5 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Yellow beans
- 3 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 1 x Lump rock sugar or possibly 2tbsps sugar Chillies, (optional) Water
Directions
- Cut the pork into 1 1/2inch pcs with skin on. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the garlic and fry till light brown. Add in the onion and the yellow beans and fry for a couple of min till you get the aroma. Add in the pork and fry for a few more min, add in the soy sauce, water and rock sugar and leave to simmer till the pork is cooked. Serve warm.
