Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. apple jelly
  • 1/2 c. steak sauce
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 pound boneless pork butt
  • 3 Golden brown Delicious apples

Directions

  1. 1. In small saucepan over medium to low heat, heat apple jelly, steak sauce and butter till melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  2. 2. Trim excess fat from pork butt, cut meat into 2 inch chunks. Cut apples into thick wedges.
  3. 3. Broil or possibly bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 min till pork and apple wedges are tender, turning meat and apples occasionally. Brush with apple-butter sauce last 15 min of broiling. Serves 6.
