Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl with cover (or possibly large zip lock bag) combine flour, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat Large eggs till blended. Remove skin from chicken pcs. Dip chicken in Large eggs and drop into flour mix individually. Shake chicken pcs to coat thoroughly and drop into oil heated to 350 degrees.
  2. Allow chicken to brown on each side for approximately 10 min. Place chicken on broiler pan and allow to finish cooking in oven, approximately 30 min. Oils and fats drain into broiler pan and chicken is moist and delicious!
