Poke Aku (Hawaiian Raw Fish) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Aku
  • 1/2 c. Blanched and minced limu
  •     Kohu
  • 1 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
  • 1 x Hawaiian red pepper, seeded
  •     And chopped.
  • 2 tsp Grnd, roasted kukui nuts

Directions

  1. Cut aku into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui nuts; add in fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving.
