  • 4 x Coarsely minced ripe fresh California plums
  • 2 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
  • 12 ounce Rice vinegar

Directions

  1. In my MicroCookbook 5.0, I found these four vinegar recipes that may give you an idea on how to make raspberry vinegar. I have not tested any of these.
  2. Place all ingredients in non-metallic container. Mash fruit while stirring; cover tightly. Let stand 10 to 14 days. Strain.
