Ingredients
- 500 gm Pork, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Cornflour
- 1 sm Can water chestnuts
- 3 Tbsp. Plum sauce
- 5 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Directions
- Cut the pork into cubes and dust with cornflour, fry in warm oil till brown and set aside. Slice the water chestnuts into two each. Blend the plum sauce, water and vinegar. In a clean wok, heat the sauce, blend gently and add in the pork. Stir rapidly for 1 minute, serve warm with rice or possibly noodles.
