  1. The gnocchi are homemade with Pistachio Pesto from Sicily
  2. Brown garlic in butter
  3. Add shrimp and asparagus
  4. Continue to cook, add brandy
  5. Add mascarpone or cream
  6. Add fresh tomato
  7. Serve with bits of pistachio added just before the presentation
