How about some homemade pimento cheese waiting for you in your lunch box? Yes please! I love pimento cheese and this recipe is so easy. You will never buy store bought pimento cheese again. Put some in a small container and combine it with some of your favorite vegetables and maybe a pretzel stick or two and you have a great lunch.
