- 1/2 c. cocoa (use the dark version, if preferred)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 c. hot coffee
- Frosting Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 cup milk1 cup butter, softened 1 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
