Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. lowfat milk mixed with 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Mix flour, brown sugar and butter like pie dough. Set aside 1 c. of crumb mix. To the remainder add in egg, baking soda and lowfat milk. Mix together. Spread in pan. Cover with crumb mix and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
