Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the penne in boiling water (as per the directions on the packet).
  2. Stir once.
  3. Put some butter in a frying pan and add in a little extra virgin olive oil. Add in the finely minced onions and garlic with pepper for seasoning and gently fry till brown. Add in half of the lemon juice, the lime juice and 3 shots of Tequila to the sauce and stir, add in the grated parmesan to add in to the thickness.
  4. Turn off the heat and add in the remaining lemon juice and cream.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour over the sauce. Turn off the heat and thoroughly coat the pasta with the sauce and serve with a fresh green salad.
