  • Oil – 2 tblsp + 1/4 cup
  • Ghee – 1/4 cup
  • Peas – 1 1/2 cups, shelled
  • Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
  • Ginger Paste – 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
