Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 c. cooked peas
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in butter for 5 min. Add in sugar, flour, salt and pepper and blend. Stir in cream and lowfat milk. Cook over low heat till thick, stirring constantly. Add in lemon juice and peas and heat through.
