  • 4 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. Jif peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (10 ounce.) Cold Whip, room temperature
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts (optional)
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions

  1. Whip cream cheese till soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter, slowly add in lowfat milk. Blend in thoroughly to mix. Add in Cold Whip to mix; pour into pie crust. Sprinkle nuts on top.
