Ingredients
- 1 baked & cooled pie crust
- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix peaches, sugar and lemon juice in blender. Cook for 8-10 min. Beat cream cheese and sugar together with 1 c. peach mix. Fold into this 1 (8 oz) package Cold Whip. Pour into cooled pie crust. Pour remaining peach mix over cream mix. Refrigeratethoroughly. Very good.
