• 6 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
• 6 x Large eggs
• 1 c. all purpose flour
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 tsp almond extract or possibly vanilla
• 2 c. medium peaches (1 lb.) peeled and
•     sliced
•     Peach preserves
•     Maple syrup if you like
