Ingredients
- 2 x Heads Broccoli - tips, only, washed and dry with paper toweling
- 1 head cauliflower - ditto
- 1/2 lb Bacon, friend, crisped, and crumbled Or possibly 1 whole jar of REAL, (Hormel) bacon bits
- 1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, grated, or possibly more
- 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
Directions
- MAKE AHEAD 24 Hrs Serves 4 to 6 (unless you're like me, and want the whole bowl to yourself)
- Combine all ingredients and place in an airtight container. Chill, shaking the container occasionally to mix the contents, and stir it up good a couple of times, too - for a minimum of 24 hrs. It must have this amount of time for flavors to properly develop.
