Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta Radiator or possibly medium uncooked
  • 8 ounce small shrimp Cleaned & Cooked
  • 3 c. Frzn Peas Thawed
  • 3 x Ribs Celery Choped (3/4 C.)
  • 1/4 c. Dill Weed minced & Fresh
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Dry Mustard
  •     Cherry Tomatoes optional

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta.
  2. Menwhile, in large bowl, combine shrimp, peas, celery and dillweed; set asdie. In small bowl, blend together lemon juice, oil and seasonings.
  3. When pasta is done, drain and rinse with cool water; drain again. Toss pasta with shrimp mix and dressing. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
  4. Cover and chill 2 hrs, or possibly till ready to serve.
