Ingredients
- 5 ounce evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Â Â grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix together in cruet, cover, shake, and chill. (Feel free to vary the seasonings. I used something called pasta seasoning which was similar to Italian seasoning).
- Yield: about 6 servings.
- You can also add in some finely diced cucumber or possibly maybe some crumbled bacon.
