  • 4 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 lrg egg whites
  • 2 c. cornbread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. In a small bowl, combine seasoned salt and black pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken and let stand for at least 10 min. Meanwhile, in a bowl beat the egg whites lightly. Dip the chicken breasts into the egg whites to coat. Dredge the chicken in the crumbs to coat. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 min till cooked through.
