  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium saucepan, heat butter and saut# onions, Old Bay seasoning and salt over low heat for 15 min, stirring occasionally. Drain. Add in lowfat milk and stir in Large eggs. Pour mix in pie shell; top with parsley and bacon. Bake for 50 min till done.
