Ingredients
- 3 large eggs or possibly equivalent in Eggbeaters
- 2 T Hellmann's mayonnaise (cholesterol free)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled and cooled
- Paprika
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
- Cook Eggbeaters according to package directions for scrambled large eggs. Mix egg mix with mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and vinegar. Blend in blender, cover and refrigerate. Halve the hard-boiled large eggs lengthwise and Throw away YOLKS. Fill egg whites with chilled egg mix and sprinkle with paprika.HINT: Put egg mix in pastry bag with star tip to fill whites. (Pretty and less messy.)
