Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 40 dates, minced or possibly 1 (8 ounce) box minced dates
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions
- Cook till smooth and add in 1/2 tsp vanilla.Sift flour, soda and salt. Fold in sugar, oatmeal, butter and nuts. Put 1/2 mix in greased 9x13 pan. Spread filling and cover with rest of mix. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
