Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 bn Scallions, cut in 1 inch pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. Pre-chopped garlic
  • 1 pkt Pre-cut chicken tenders
  • 1 pkt Pre-cut broccoli or possibly carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Pwdr ginger or possibly 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
  •     Hopped
  • 1/4 lb Snow peas, fresh or possibly frzn

Directions

  1. Heat electric wok at medium high setting. Add in oil and stir in scallions and garlic. Add in chicken and toss to coat. Cook for 2-3 min. Add in broccoli or possibly carrots and water. Cover and steam for 4 min. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer mix for 2 min. Add in snow peas and toss to coat. Serve with rice.
