Add a photoThese cookies are perfect for christmas or when company comes over! During the holidays, I make the rolls ahead of time, and freeze them, then slice and bake the cookies right before the party!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 jar of Neutella
- Powdered suger for garnish
Directions
- Remove pastry from package and thaw
- Unfold and spread neutella over pastry
- Roll pastry into the form of a jelly roll
- Place in freezer for 20-30 until dough is firm to slice, but not frozen
- Slice into thin swirls
- Bake on a lined cookie sheet for 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees
