Ingredients

225 gm grated cheese (anything will do)
30 gm butter
1 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
1 Tbsp. English mustard
2 Tbsp. beer (drink the rest)
2 Tbsp. spicy old fashioned chutney
2 x muffins split and freshly toasted

Directions

Mix the cheese butter Worcester sauce mustard and beer nto a rough paste.
Spread the chutney over the toasted muffins then spread the cheese mix on top.
Grill for a minute or possibly so till the cheese and muffin are singed in patches.
If the toast is very slightly charred at the edges so much the better.
Serves 2
