Ingredients: Serves 4 to 1 cup - Moong dal flour2/3 cup - Sugar (or anywhere between 1/2 to 3/4 cup)1/2 cup - Milk1/2 cup - Ghee1/8 tsp - Cardamom powder2 to 3 tbsp - Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews Preparation Heat a pan, add 1/2 cup of ghee and let it melt. At medium flame, add the moong dal flour slowly and mix well without any lumps. Keep mixing over medium to low flame until you reach the slightly watery consistency(as shown in the video).Now add sugar and cardamom powder, continue to mix well until the sugar melts.Followed by milk, mix well thoroughly and you may add 1 or 2 tsp of ghee…
