Ingredients

  • 2 pounds whole wheat pizza dough (I used 2 packages of Trader Joe’s dough)
  • 12 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 6 ounces cooked chicken sausage, sliced into rounds with each round cut in half
  • 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 6 ounces Fontina cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely minced and separated
  • 4 tablespoons unbleached flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon saltInstructions
