Directions

  1. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, and pork.
  2. Stir fry until tender.
  3. Add the mung beans (pre-cooked via pressure cooker for 10mins)
  4. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the vermicelli, stir and let it simmer.
  6. Add the alugbati leaves and simmer for another minute or two.
