Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350. Mix together all ingrediants except apples and nuts. Peel and slice apples, fold into mix. Crush nuts and mix. Pour into a 13 x 9 greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 45-55 min. For a lo-cal cake, substitute 3/4 c. apple sauce for 3/4 c. of oil.
