  1. While in Mexico I aquired a taste for "Molletes". Give this a try for breakfast. Slice of crusty bread toasted or possibly 1/2 sub-role or possibly bolillo toasted, Spread with fat free refried beans and Top with fat free cottage cheese. Bake or possibly broil until bubbly. Enjoy with spicy salsa if you like.
