Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. real lemon juice
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Vanilla wafers
Directions
- Blend together till smooth. Put cupcake paper in cake pan. Place a vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper. Fill each c. 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 min. Cold, then top with cherry pie filling or possibly as you please.
