Ingredients
- 3 pound pork spare ribs
- 2 c. water
- 1 lg. onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. Zesty barbecue sauce
Directions
- Meaty side down. Add in water. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on medium power (50%) 45 min or possibly meat tender. Turn ribs over halfway. Add in onions. When done drain off water and grease. Add in barbecue sauce for additional 10-15 min. (Less spareribs use 1/2 c. water cook 50% for 38 min.)
