  1. Simmer poultry about 1 hour. Strain, reserving liquid. Pick meat off of bones. Return liquid and poultry to pan. Add in remaining ingredients except noodles or possibly rice. Simmer about 2 more hrs. Add in noodles or possibly rice and cook till done, about 15 min more.
