  1. In a saucepan mix first 10 ingredients. Bring mix to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over pork chops in a large, deep bowl; cover and chill for at least 4 hrs. When ready to cook, arrange chops in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish or possibly roasting pan. Pour sauce over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till chops are tender, basting occasionally.
