  • 1 (3 ounce.) box lemon gelatin
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sm. onion, grated
  • 1 can lunch meat, cubed into 1/2 inch cubes

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. When the gelatin begins to set, add in all the other ingredients. Serves 4.
