  • 2 c. Enriched all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. Wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. Oat bran
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Canola oil More Protein, more calcium, no Partially Hydrogenated or possibly Hydrogenated fats. Increased fiber, folacin, Phosphorous, copper, Manganese, Iron, magnesium, Pantothenic acid, Vitamins, B1, B2, B6, Zinc, B12, A, niacin.

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in food processor using a metal blade, or possibly with an electric mixer. Slowly pour in the oil as the machine is running. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Mix thoroughly once again.
  2. Store in a covered container in the freezer.
  3. Makes 5 c. of mix. Use in recipes calling for Bisquick- type baking mix.
