  • Wheat Flour – 1 cup
  • Soya Flour – 1/4 cup
  • Potatoes – 1/4 cup, boiled, mashed
  • Curd – 1/4 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required
  • For the stuffing:
  • Onions – 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor (Dry Mango) Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tblsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil – 1 tsp
