Directions

  1. In a large skillet cook meat, onion and green pepper till meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off liquid, then stir in tomato sauce and salt and pepper.
  2. Cook noodles. In a small bowl combine cheeses and yogurt. Toss mix with warm, cooked noodles.
  3. Layer half of the noodle mix into a 9x13" cxasserole. Spoon meat over center. Layer remaining noodles over meat. Cover and bake at 375i for 30 min. Uncover and bake another 10-15 min or possibly till bubbly.
