Ingredients
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 x (5z.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 x (12oz.) package semisweet chocolate bits
- 1 x (7oz.) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Microwave margarine in 4-qt microwave bown on HIGH for 1 minute or possibly till melted. Add in sugar and evaporated lowfat milk; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 5 min, till mix begins to boil, stirring after 3 min.
- Mix well; scrape bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 1/2 min, stirring again after 3 min. Stir in chocolate till melted. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Cold at room temperature. Cut into squares when cold.
- Makes 3 pounds.
