Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic
Directions
- Mix all together and pour over chicken. Marinate about 4 hrs. Bake about 45 min at 350 degrees or possibly 2 hrs at 275 degrees. Spoon a little sauce over meat as it bakes. Sauce can be liquid removed, frzn and reused.
