Ingredients

  • 2 c. 7-UP or possibly Sprite
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • Garlic sauce

Directions

  1. Chill chicken breast in marinate at least 8 hrs. The longer it marinates the less cooking time it takes.
  2. To grill: Low heat for 10 min on one side, turn and cook 10 min. When meat is white all the way through, it is done.
  3. To stir fry: Cut marinated chicken or possibly turkey into finger pcs. Stir fry with green peppers and onions, cooking time approximately 5 min on high heat.
