- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
- Marinate at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. May be used on any beef steak. Grill or possibly broil.
